  • One-Day Monday Pass (Open to All) - $195
  • Press Pass - Complimentary $0, One Per Publication
  • Guest Fee $200*

 

All full conference registration fees include continental breakfast and lunch on Monday and Tuesday as well as the conference dinner on Monday night.

 

One-Day Monday registration fees DO NOT include the dinner on Monday night. The dinner can be purchased at a fee of $100.00

 

*Guest Registration pertains to a spouse, significant other, friend or an adult family member (18 years old or older) and who is not employed in a financial services industry-related occupation. This registration option includes meals and cocktail receptions. Please note that although ISITC encourages our members to bring their families and take advantage of our group rates, we unfortunately cannot accommodate children at any of the conference meals and cannot accommodate guests at the General Session, Forums or Working Group sessions.

 

Conference Cancellation Policy:
The policy provides a full refund if, the ISITC Administrative Office is notified in writing 5 working business days prior to the conference. NO REFUND will be given for cancellations that occur on or after the 5th day before the conference. If a paid attendee is unable to attend the conference they may send a replacement, fees will not be returned. ISITC is unable to transfer conference payment to a future event. To cancel your conference registrations please e-mail usainfo@isitc.org OR fax back your confirmation notice with your explanation to cancel to (908) 359-7619 .

*Please note that you must cancel your hotel reservations with ProTravel. If you would like to cancel both your conference registration and hotel reservation, please email usainfo@isitc.org and barbara.bermack@protravelinc.com.

Hotel Reservations:
All hotel reservations are routed to Barbara Bermack at ProTravel and must be received by
Friday, February 13, 2009. After that date, rooms will only be available on a best efforts basis, with no guarantee of the discounted rate. The Group Discount Rate is: $219.

You will receive an email confirmation from Barbara Bermack at ProTravel regarding your hotel reservations. Please read the email carefully and contact Barbara with any questions you may have. Barbara Bermack can be reached at (212) 409-9561 or barbara.bermack@protravelinc.com.

Hotel Cancellation Policy:
The hotel cancellation policy is 5 working business days prior to arrival. Please note if you do not receive a letter of confirmation from ProTravel at least 10 days prior to arrival that you should contact Barbara Bermack to be certain that your hotel request was received.

 

Press Registration and Policy:

The Association welcomes representatives from the press at its General Session. One complimentary press pass per publication will be offered. Additional press passes may be purchased for the one-day attendee rate. All press representatives must wear a name badge and identify themselves. Industry Forums and Working Group Sessions will be closed to the press.
