2008 ISITC Firm Membership Renewal for North America

Dear ISITC Steering Representative:

Thank you so much for your support of ISITC.  The Association greatly appreciates the participation of your firm in the various initiatives to address developments within the industry. We hope we can count on your continued support and contributions in the coming year.

Annual membership fees have been held flat at $1500 since 2003 but for 2008 the Board of Directors agreed to raise the dues to $2000. This is necessary to cover increases in the cost of servicing the organization. We feel this is still an extremely competitive price in comparison to other industry organizations.

ISITC continues to improve and expand.  Member benefits include: 

• Unlimited number of member firm employees participating through Working Groups, Industry Forums and Conferences. Members are invited to contribute their expertise in ongoing discussions and resolutions that involve some of the most significant issues in the securities industry.  
  
• Driving the development of standards and market practice that meet your business requirements both locally in the US, and globally within ISO and the SMPG.
  
• Access to documents and information around market practices and industry initiatives on the ISITC website. www.isitc.org
  
• Staying abreast of other industry bodies such as FpML, FIX Protocol, ISITC Europe, SIFMA/AMF.
  
• Members are eligible for discounted registration fees to quarterly conferences, and our Annual Industry Forum and Vendor Show.
  
• Networking and interaction with investment managers, global custodians, broker dealers, utilities and vendors that can help businesses work more efficiently.

September 2008 Conference

The ISITC September 2008 Conference will be held at The Four Seasons in Atlanta, GA from September 7-9, 2008.

ISITC is pleased to announce the use of a new Event Registration System! This new online application will ensure the most efficient and secure way for our members and additional attendees to register for upcoming conferences!

PLEASE READ! IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

·         Please make sure to read the directions once you follow the “Register Now” link. You will be required to enter your email address to set a password for use on this site. Please save your new password to bypass this step for all future conferences.

·         If you have already registered via the website prior to Friday, July 4, 2008, the ISITC Office will manually process your registration. NOTE: Please visit the new website to create a new password to register for future conferences.

·         This is a LIVE system! All credit cards will be charged once the “Submit Order” button is selected.

Conference Registration Fees:

ISITC Members - $475

Non-Members - $825

Guest Fee $200*

These registration fees pertain only to the ISITC conference.
All registration fees include breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Monday, as well as access to the conference cocktail receptions on Sunday and Monday night.

*Guest Registration pertains to a spouse, significant other, friend or an adult family member (18 years old or older) and who is not employed in an financial services industry-related occupation. This registration option includes meals and cocktail receptions, however does not include access to the general session, Forums or working group sessions.

Conference Agenda:

A draft conference agenda will be posted shortly under the “Documents” section on the right-hand side of this page. This conference will consist mainly of Industry Forums and Working Groups.

Conference Cancellation Policy:

The policy provides a full refund if, the ISITC Administrative Office is notified in writing 5 (five) working business days prior to the conference.  NO REFUND will be given for cancellations that occur on or after the 5th (fifth) day before the conference.  If a paid attendee is unable to attend the conference they may send a replacement, fees will not be returned.  ISITC is unable to transfer conference payment to a future event. To cancel your conference registrations please e-mail usainfo@isitc.org OR fax back your confirmation notice with your explanation to cancel to (908) 359-7619.

*Please note that you must cancel your hotel reservations with ProTravel. If you would like to cancel both your conference registration and hotel reservation email usainfo@isitc.org and Barbara.bermack@protravelinc.com

Hotel Reservations:

Please make your hotel reservations by using the on-line conference registration form.  All hotel reservations are routed to Barbara Bermack at ProTravel and must be received by Monday, July 21, 2008. After that date, rooms will only be available on a best efforts basis, with no guarantee of the discounted rate.  The Group Discount Rate is: $275. Room Tax of 15% will be added plus a service charge of $2.00 per room per night will also be charged on all rooms.

Hotel Cancellation Policy:

The cancel policy is 5 (five) working business days prior to arrival. Please note if you do not receive a letter of confirmation from ProTravel at least 10 days prior to arrival that you should contact Barbara Bermack to be certain that your hotel request was received.
