Philosophy Statement

The International Securities Association for Institutional Trade Communication (ISITC) assembles securities professionals from a cross-section of the industry to work together to create suggestions for trade messaging standards (including straight-through processing) and related communications.

Its goal is to continually upgrade processes so that trades are executed more quickly and accurately. ISITC has committed itself to this process by creating Working Groups and Industry Forums. These serve as opportunities for members to develop proposals for standardization across various sectors that will, ultimately, be integrated into best practices sanctioned by the Global Securities Market Practice Group. ISITC also offers quarterly Conferences to facilitate member interaction, education, and networking.
