Chairman's Message:Sitting in my Tribeca office in New York, it's strange to think that our March conference was only a few weeks ago, when the outside temperature today is above 90 degrees! Our 16th Annual Industry Forum and Vendor Show was attended by more than 300 people with over 20 vendors exhibiting their financial solutions. Additionally, we had 19 financial industry leaders and practioners who shared their expertise throughout our Monday program focusing on innovation. Our Keynote Speaker, Marsh Carter, Chairman of NYSE Group and Deputy Chairman of NYSE Euronext, once again showed his support for our organization by sharing his thoughts on the last several tumultuous years and the changes they have wrought within our industry. The day was full of great speakers and compelling topics and I am grateful for all of the expert insight the speakers shared and debated throughout the day. We issued 14 media credentials for the event and saw great coverage within the financial press. I had the great pleasure of catching up with my ISITC Europe counterpart, Graeme Austin, during his visit to Boston and, as we heard during Graeme's presentation on Tuesday morning, how we committed to working more closely together in the future. And so, our work continues and as I mentioned in my opening remarks, we have an average of 30 ISITC working group, forum and committee meetings each month. Each one of these important groups is working towards our collective goal and commitment to increased operational efficiency within financial services. I always see the energy displayed at this event as inspiring our work in the standards space for the remainder of the year and if you were one of the 300 attendees I am sure you do as well.
