2008 ISITC Firm Membership Renewal for North America

Dear ISITC Steering Representative:

Thank you so much for your support of ISITC.  The Association greatly appreciates the participation of your firm in the various initiatives to address developments within the industry. We hope we can count on your continued support and contributions in the coming year.

Annual membership fees have been held flat at $1500 since 2003 but for 2008 the Board of Directors agreed to raise the dues to $2000. This is necessary to cover increases in the cost of servicing the organization. We feel this is still an extremely competitive price in comparison to other industry organizations.

ISITC continues to improve and expand.  Member benefits include: 

• Unlimited number of member firm employees participating through Working Groups, Industry Forums and Conferences. Members are invited to contribute their expertise in ongoing discussions and resolutions that involve some of the most significant issues in the securities industry.  
  
• Driving the development of standards and market practice that meet your business requirements both locally in the US, and globally within ISO and the SMPG.
  
• Access to documents and information around market practices and industry initiatives on the ISITC website. www.isitc.org
  
• Staying abreast of other industry bodies such as FpML, FIX Protocol, ISITC Europe, SIFMA/AMF.
  
• Members are eligible for discounted registration fees to quarterly conferences, and our Annual Industry Forum and Vendor Show.
  
• Networking and interaction with investment managers, global custodians, broker dealers, utilities and vendors that can help businesses work more efficiently.

EXHIBITOR INFORMATION:
By becoming an exhibitor at our Industry Forum and Vendor Show, you will have an opportunity to demonstrate your products and services to more than 600 representatives from investment management, custodian bank and broker/dealer firms. Register early to exhibit and have your firm’s name published in the official ISITC invitation mailed to over 4,000 industry professionals in January 2009.

Exhibit space is designated table top only. Due to space constraints each vendor is limited to one table.

Early Registration Rate (On or before Friday, January 23, 2009)- $3,000
Late Registration Rate (After Friday, January 23, 2009) - $3,500

Non-Members
Early Registration Rate (On or before Friday, January 23, 2009) - $3,800
Late Registration Rate (After Friday, January 23, 2009) - $4,300

EXHIBIT FEE INCLUDES:

·         One 6' draped table, no pipe or drape provided. All exhibit materials must fit either on the top of the table or directly behind the table. Banner stands and other signs may not block the view to other exhibitors.

·         The fee also includes two (non-transferable) exhibitor passes providing access to the entire event, including:

o        The General Session and meetings

o        Cocktail Receptions on Sunday and Monday in the Exhibit Hall

o        Monday’s breakfast, lunch, and conference dinner

o        Tuesday’s breakfast, lunch and Vendor Forum for post-show review

·         Preliminary list of conference registrants is sent out 4 weeks prior to the event. This is in electronic format and includes name, title, firm and mailing address.

·         Complete list of conference registrations is sent one week after the show.

·         Contribution of $200 towards the ISITC Vendor Hall Passport and raffle prizes.

·         Unmatched networking opportunities with decision makers.

• ISITC Firm and Individual Members - $475
• Non-Members - $825
• One-Day Monday Pass (Open to All) - $195
• Press Pass - Complimentary $0, One Per Publication
• Guest Fee $200*

All registration fees include continental breakfast and lunch on Monday and Tuesday as well as the conference dinner on Monday night.

**Guest Registration pertains to a spouse, significant other, friend or an adult family member (18 years old or older) and who is not employed in a financial services industry-related occupation. This registration option includes meals and cocktail receptions. Please note that although ISITC encourages our members to bring their families and take advantage of our group rates, we unfortunately cannot accommodate children at any of the conference meals and cannot accommodate guests at the General Session, Forums or Working Group sessions.
