Please note that although ISITC encourages our members to bring their families and take advantage of our group rates, we unfortunately cannot accommodate children at any of the conference meals and cannot accommodate guests at the General Session, Forums or Working Group sessions.
HOTEL RESERVATIONS:
Hotel reservations will be made using the online registration form. All reservation requests are routed to Marina Filloramo at ProTravel and must be received by Friday, February 19, 2010. After that date, rooms will only be available on a best efforts basis, with no guarantee of the discounted rate. The Group Discount Rate is: $239.

By becoming an exhibitor at our Industry Forum and Vendor Show, you will have an opportunity to demonstrate your products and services to more than 600 representatives from investment management, custodian bank and broker/dealer firms. Register early to exhibit and have your firm?s name published in the official ISITC invitation mailed to over 4,000 industry professionals in January 2009.
Exhibit space is designated table top only. Due to space constraints each vendor is limited to one table.

EXHIBIT FEE INCLUDES:
· One 6' draped table, no pipe or drape provided. All exhibit materials must fit either on the top of the table or directly behind the table. Banner stands and other signs may not block the view to other exhibitors.
· The fee also includes two (non-transferable) exhibitor passes providing access to the entire event, including:
o The General Session and meetings
o Cocktail Receptions on Sunday and Monday in the Exhibit Hall
o Monday?s breakfast, lunch, and conference dinner
o Tuesday?s breakfast, lunch and Vendor Forum for post-show review
· Preliminary list of conference registrants is sent out 4 weeks prior to the event. This is in electronic format and includes name, title, firm and mailing address.
· Complete list of conference registrations is sent one week after the show.
· Contribution of $200 towards the ISITC Vendor Hall Passport and raffle prizes.

Sponsorships are open to all interested firms. Vendors are not required to be exhibitors to become a sponsor.
All Sponsors will receive acknowledgement on signs placed throughout the event and in the Program Book.

· Platinum Sponsor will also receive: Two (2) additional full event passes, a one (1) page color ad in the program book and its logo printed on the conference give-away. ISITC will provide and print the give-away.

Cancellation Policy:
The policy provides a full refund if, the ISITC Administrative Office is notified in writing 5 (five) working business days prior to the meeting. NO REFUND will be given for cancellations that occur on or after the 5th (fifth) day before the meeting. If a paid attendee is unable to attend, they may send a replacement, fees will not be returned. ISITC is unable to transfer payment to a future event. To cancel your registration, please e-mail usainfo@isitc.org OR fax back your confirmation notice with your explanation to cancel to (908) 359-7619.
*Please note that you must cancel your hotel reservations with ProTravel. If you would like to cancel both your registration and hotel reservation, email usainfo@isitc.org.
Hotel Reservations
Please make your hotel reservations by using the on-line registration form. All hotel reservations are routed to ProTravel and must be received by Friday, October 30, 2009. After that date, rooms will only be available on a best efforts basis, with no guarantee of the discounted rate. The Group Discount Rate is: $245.
IMPORTANT: One night’s room and tax will be charged to the credit card provided two weeks prior to the reservation, and will be applied to the first night of stay.
Hotel Cancellation Policy:
The hotel cancellation policy is 72 hours prior to arrival. Failure to cancel in a timely fashion will result in your credit card being charged for the total amount of days you were scheduled to stay at the hotel.
Please note if you do not receive a letter of confirmation from ProTravel at least 10 days prior to arrival that you should contact usainfo@isitc.org to be certain that your hotel request was received.
